OzSharesAI ("the App", "we", "us") is operated by ALOIS Collective. OzSharesAI is an information and signals platform that provides AI-generated trading signals and market analysis for Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed securities.

OzSharesAI does not provide financial advice. All signals, predictions, analysis, and content published on this platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial product.

ALOIS Collective and its operators are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment managers under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any other applicable law.

You must not rely on OzSharesAI signals as the sole basis for any investment decision.

By using OzSharesAI you acknowledge and agree that:

• All trading decisions are made solely by you, in your own broker account, at your own risk
• You have considered your own financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance before placing any trade
• You understand that trading in financial markets involves significant risk, including the risk of losing your entire invested capital
• Past performance of signals displayed on this platform does not guarantee future results
• You are responsible for all costs, fees, and taxes associated with any trades you place

OzSharesAI offers two subscription plans:

• Monthly: $3.99 AUD per month
• Annual: $29.00 AUD per year

Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

If a payment fails, access to premium features will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Non-subscribing users may access a limited number of trade signals at no cost. Free access limits may change at any time without notice.

OzSharesAI uses artificial intelligence and market data to generate signals. We make no warranty, express or implied, that signals will be accurate, timely, or profitable. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or subject to error.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ALOIS Collective and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on OzSharesAI signals
• Any trading losses incurred as a result of acting on signals
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the platform
• Inaccuracies in market data provided by third parties

All content on OzSharesAI, including signals, analysis, design, and code, is the property of ALOIS Collective. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content without written permission.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
